15th edition of the conference “New Trends in Chemistry Research”

At the conference “New Trends in Chemistry Research,” held on September 21-22nd, 2023, in Timisoara (Romania), the results of the MultiPromis project were presented. The results obtained in collaboration with Prof. Dr. Mirjana Antov and Dr. Milica Perović, along with students from the Faculty of Technology Novi Sad, under the titles “Enhanced recovery and properties of protein isolate from pumpkin leaves from enzyme assisted extractions,” “The effect of cellulase-aided extraction on recovery and functional properties of white protein fraction from pumpkin leaves,” and “Optimization of enzyme-assisted extractions of protein from pumpkin leaves” were presented in the form of poster presentations.
