Prof. Dr. Mirjana Antov delivered an invited lecture within the conference section titled “Development of enzyme-assisted protocols for the recovery of protein from pumpkin (Cucurbita pepo L.) leaves and evaluation of the impact on composition and properties of protein concentrate.”
