Results of the project MultiPromis were presented on the 14th International Scientific and Professional Conference “With Food to Health”, held on September 14-15th in Osijek. The obtained results, titled “The effect of enzymatic treatment of pumpkin leaves on properties of prepared RuBisCo protein nanoparticles”, were presented in the form of a poster presentation by the project researcher Dr. Milica Perović.
